Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing settings. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to all Pro or Max features for 14 days without charge. You can explore, set up your services, and start taking bookings immediately.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit, and Apple Pay through Stripe secure processing.
Are there any hidden transaction fees?
On the Free plan, there is a 5% platform fee on paid bookings. On Pro and Max plans, there is 0% platform commission — you only pay standard Stripe processing fees.
What are the storage and file upload quotas for each plan?
The Free tier includes 100 MB of total storage with a 10 MB single upload cap. Pro unlocks 5 GB with 500 MB uploads (1080p video). Max provides 25 GB with 2 GB uploads (4K video). Enterprise offers 100 GB+ with up to 10 GB file uploads and dedicated edge delivery.
Can I create and share my CV on any plan?
Yes. All plans allow you to build and share a digital CV. Free includes 1 active CV. Pro allows 5 CVs with a custom vanity URL (fuer.fr/username) and high-resolution vector PDF export. Max unlocks unlimited CVs, AI ATS keyword optimization, and multi-language AI translation.
